What's in a grapevine and why is it so good for you?
- The procyanidine opposes free radicals and protects the blood vessels.
- The polyphenols have a visible anti-oxidant activity as vessel protectors, are a known anti-inflammatory and considered as extremely efficient in the prevention of tumours. Resveratrol in particular, is the more well known and can be found in the red peel of the grapevine.
- Grapes are incredibly rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2 and PP and potassium, iron, copper and manganese minerals. This combination is extremely useful in putting back essential minerals, detoxification and the prevention of anaemia.
- Polyunsaturated fatty acids are found in grape seeds and are extremely precious for the skin, keep cholesterol levels down and arteries clean.
- Red grape virgin juice
Red grape virgin juice is rich in anthocyans and polyphenols which have anti-oxidising effects. It also contains mineral salts and vitamins that are nourishing.
- Grape seed oil
Obtained from grape seeds, grape seed oil is extremely rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids and has been proven to be a natural curative and preventative against the signs of ageing, due it its softening and nourishing qualities.
- Grape Must
Grape Must is rich in sugars and fruit acids (alpha and beta hydroxy-acids), therefore, it is moisturising and stimulating, giving a delicate, exfoliating and smoothing effect.
- Red grapevine leaves
There is a large abundance of anthocyans tannins of the same variety as Vitamin P, found in the autumnal red leaves. These properties have anti-oxidising effects and are extremely useful for infusions, masks and packs.
- Titrated Grape Extract
Titrated grape extract is characterised by a constant presence of polyphenols, which have a protective and anti-oxidising effect. It is an active principle for re-balancing and anti-ageing in both products and treatments.
