There are no items in your basket

Ordering online is a great way to shop and very easy ... it's also very safe (We keep no record of your credit card number, so each time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter the information. We feel it is by far the most secure method of handling credit card numbers.)

Follow these easy steps for a great shopping experience!

Step 1. Choose a product
Select a category, either ISHI's ChocoTherapy or VinoTherapy, from the menu on the left hand side. This will display a list of products for you to choose from.

Step 2. Ordering
When you find a product that you would like to buy, just click on the Add Basket icon. (Remember you can also see more information about the product by clicking on 'More Info' icon). This will add the item into your basket. The number of items and value is shown in the mini basket on the title bar section of the site.

When you've finished shopping click on View Basket. This will take you to the full Shopping Basket. You may make any amendments here, such as changing a quantity. To continue shopping, select 'Continue Shopping'

Step 3. Register or Log-In
If you have already registered with ISHI, then enter your user name and password and press 'Go to Checkout'. Your default customer details will then be displayed.

If you are a new customer, click on 'Go to Checkout'. This will take you to the Registration Page for you to register your name and address details, including an alternative delivery address.

Step 6. Delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 14 days for the product(s) to arrive.  Exquisite Collections Ltd/ISHI are not liable for any breakages during transport. All orders are accepted subject to availability of products. Prices will be those ruling at the order date. Same day shipping is not available, and orders are processed on UK business days only. Any orders placed after processing hours (being 4:00PM GMT time) or on the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Step 7. Payment
We accept VISA, VISA Electron, MasterCard, American Express, Delta, Switch/Maestro and Solo. Enter your card details, and remember to only press 'Process Order' once - it may take a little while for your credit card to validate via our secure server.

Step 8. Order Number
You will be given a confirmation Order Number. Please keep this handy in case you need to contact us regarding your order. You will also be sent an email confirmation.
